Future Plans

In 2015 I stepped away from stage to focus on my growth as a person and athlete. I have reassessed my game plan with my coach Hidetada Yamagishi and we have devised a plan to compete in 2016, with a much improved overall package. With a very supportive Employer and Sponsor – BPM Labs (who are always in my corner backing my goals), we have decided to compete in the first three shows of the year. Those shows include, The Puerto Rico, Toronto and Omaha Pro Shows in hope to qualify for the Wings of Strengths World Championships in August 2016. I will be in attendance at The Arnold Classic Australia 2016, booth 140 with BPM Labs offering free supplementation advice on 18, 19 & 20 March 2016.

Supplementation Schedule:

Liporush / or Lipofemme – consumed 20 minutes prior fasted cardio

The Key – consumed immediately post cardio

AM/PM Burn – consumed with meal 1

The Key – consumed between meals 2 & 3

AM/PM Burn – consumed 20 minutes prior evening weight training session

The One / or Neurozone – consumed 20 minutes prior evening weight training session

The Key – consumed during weight training session

With a very supportive Employer and Sponsor – BPM Labs (who are always in my corner backing my goals), we have decided to compete in the first three shows of the year in 2016.

    TRACEY GUILE

    NABB/WFF Overall Figure Australia Champion

A passionate personal trainer who lives and breathes health and fitness. The fitness industry has always been my first love. Sporty at school, playing basketball, touch football and swimming but then finding my meccah in the gym scene at the tender age of 16.

Having filled every role possible and studying her way through these 16 years on things such as exercise, lifestyle choices and nutrition I have a wide knowledge base that covers all areas from family, kids and corporate to athletes, competitors and sports. I have built a successful business on these elements and my life objective is to help other people learn how to live a healthier, happier and fitter lifestyle.

Along my journey I found a passion within bodybuilding and in 2010 I competed in NABB/WFF. I was really happy about winning QLD Overall WFF figure and placing 2nd at Nationals the same year. In 2011 I won Figure Tall Division at the Southern Hemisphere Titles.

In 2012, I competed in the QLD and Nationals, winning Overall Figure Champion at both!! That secured me a spot on a plane to Austria to compete at the Worlds and placing 3rd in an impressive lineup!

After such a wonderful experience I set up my next goal to compete with IFBB qualifying to compete in Fitx 2014 and consequently The Arnold Classic 2015 & 2016. Over the two years between 2014-2016 I competed in 11 competitions; placing top 3 in all bar 2.

The next chapter of her career brings about the exciting change of pace of setting her sights on competing internationally with WBFF in Figure!

Life is to be enjoyed and every opportunity explored! A journey to experience new things and challenge yourself constantly! Being part of the BPM Labs family is now a part of my next journey.
