Jim Kotantonis

Jim has been competing for more than 20 years now. Winning his first NABBA competition after just 18 months of training, Jim has travelled the world competing through his career.

 Jim says understanding your own body is key. Knowing which body parts respond the best and which ones take longer is a must for all body builders. His best responding body parts are definitely chest and arms. Whereas, his quads and shoulders respond much slower so I pay special emphasis on these body parts and hardly do much for chest and arms these days!
