Skye is a personal trainer at Anytime Fitness Hampton East. She is a Latin dancer and has previously competed in the WFF aerobic fitness competitions.
Sky also runs a 6-week online training program for women where she teaches science based training techniques. She hopes to help educate women to be fitter, stronger and more confident in their own skin through her training program.
Working with various experts in the fields of physios, mindset coaches, nutritionists, chefs, prep nutrition and other personal trainers, Skye believes together they can make a bigger impact for people wanting to take control of their own fitness.
